Other things to note 🛠️ Scheduled Exterior Maintenance Notice Dear Guest, Building management at Ironworks has scheduled essential exterior maintenance to preserve the property’s charm and ensure protection against moisture following recent rains. This work will include roof waterproofing and cosmetic painting. To assist workers in reaching more difficult areas, scaffolding will be erected in sections around the exterior. While there is no exact daily schedule, the project is expected to be completed by end of February 2026, weather permitting. We anticipate minimal impact on your stay, with little to no disruption to your comfort. This maintenance is necessary to uphold the quality and integrity of the building for all residents and guests.
