Room in a residential development located in the Monte del Pilar area, the best area of Majadahonda, 20 minutes from Madrid. The room has a private bathroom with shower. The house has a bright, very modern design kitchen with access to a nice terrace overlooking the common gardens. I usually work from home, so I'll always be there to lend a hand. Oh! There will always be a good cup of coffee for my guests. The space 3rd floor with an elevator in a quiet and cozy residential development. The apartment has 100 square meters that are divided into 2 rooms, each with its own private bathroom, a living room with an open kitchen with an island and exit to a terrace. In addition, the apartment has a room with a washing machine/dryer, iron, etc. Guest access - Parking: You will never have a problem finding parking on our street, since most people have their private parking inside the development. - Bus: At a distance of 5 minutes you will find several bus stops both to go to downtown Madrid and to move around any area of the Sierra. You can be in Madrid in 20 minutes by bus. - Train: There is a commuter stop 15 minutes away on foot and 5 minutes away by car, so if you let me know in advance and I'm not too busy, I can always pick you up :) - Electric mobility: a car rental service (Wibble) comes to our street that will allow you to rent an electric car for minutes if you want something faster and more comfortable. Don't forget to ask me for my invitation code, they'll give you your first trip :) - Common areas of the development: Right in front of us we have the pool area, a park for the little ones and a futsal court. Other things to note The room has a 49" ultra-wide monitor, keyboard and vertical ergonomic mouse. The room has an electric lift table that will allow you to alternate between standing and sitting work. For the times you want to stand, there is also a viscoelastic footrest. Normally the apartment is kept at a very pleasant temperature both in summer and winter, but the central air conditioning with heat pump will always be at your disposal.
