Easy access with private parking and back entrance. Separate from upstairs with owner living on premises. Hike down to the Ararat river for swimming or enjoying the natural environment. Kayak access is 2 miles away to float back to the property 2 hours later! Privacy galore. The space Enter through the back patio sliders into the dining area with a wood table and three chairs. Afternoon sunlight streams in window facing partially wooded yard. Back of house completely private. To the right inside is a small living space with a rug, loveseat, large wagon wheel coffee table, a chair which converts to a single sleeper or lounge, and a large wood burning fireplace. Wood stored outside patio. You may step up through a single door into a bedroom with a full sized bed, two nightstands, an antique dresser with mirror, and a small tv. Remotes for tv and ceiling fan with light. There are no windows and room is embedded underground with one foot block walls on two sides, so it is like sleeping in a cave! Step down through other door into small hallway to access bathroom with large step up shower with custom stonework and removable shower head and sliding glass doors. Extra towels in bottom of sink cabinet. All towels and sheets are 100% cotton. Step up into small kitchen with everything needed to prepare and serve a meal except your ingredients. Some seasonings provided and I am sure we will be getting more! A window box in kitchen provides light as well as a nice view of a large oak. Outside patio with chairs and a wicker glider with cushions. In the evening you may see deer grazing in the yard. At night you can gaze at the stars! Guest access Back of house including green area and downstairs apartment. May walk on property and road to river. Private parking area next to light pole on side of house.
