Kowhai Apartment One is a new, modern & stylish property that has everything that you need for a comfortable and wonderful holiday in Queenstown. Its convenient location of being a 5 - 10 minute walk into downtown Queenstown means you can enjoy the great selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs that it offers. A well equipped kitchen allows guests to self cater during their stay and relax and take in the lovey lake and mountain views from the open plan living area and the outdoor balcony. The space The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for self catering and full laundry facilities too. The two bedrooms in the apartment have high quality beds, a King Bed (which can be configured into 2 Single Beds) on request prior to your arrival.. There's plenty of storage with built in wardrobes & bedside cabinets and reading lamps in each bedroom. This apartment has one guest bathroom with shower, vanity, toilet and heated towel rail. Off street parking is offered during your stay as well as a large secure lockage storage area for all your sporting equipment. Guest access Access to the apartment is via a Main Entrance Door which has a keypad code & then the apartment door is accessed with a key. This is located in a lockbox on the ground level. Detailed information with all instructions is provided 5 days prior your arrival. I suggest you print these off incase your mobile phone is not charged or connected to the network. The guest has an off street parking spot for their vehicle which is to the far left of the parking pad facing the property. Other things to note WALK TO TOWN The walk in is an short downhill walk but coming back involves more effort as its a short, steep climb back up the staircase via Turner St to Hallenstein St. It might be challenging for people with mobility issues or bad knees. TRAVEL INSURANCE It's suggested that guests have travel insurance to cover them for any travel disruptions or illnesses while travelling. PROVIDED Bed linen, bath towels and set-up consumables as well as a check-out clean are provided for your stay at this property.
