Hickory Hill Cabin

This cabin is a three story 6 bedrm (sleeps 20 with owner approval) and 3 full baths. Originally built in the early 1800′s, logs were refurbished and rebuilt in Derby overlooking the Ohio River. Features include 2 large covered porches with swings, tables, chairs, and an 8 person hot tub. Large kitchen and living room with beautiful working wood fireplace. Great for entertainment with a pool table and basketball. There is also a shelter house on the riverbank with a dock for fishing or boating. The space The Cabin is fully furnished with pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, towels, linens, toilet paper, paper towels, hand and dish soap. You will need to bring your own groceries and toiletries. Other things to note PET FEE- $100 per stay and only includes 2 pets. Any more than 2 pets are only allowed with Owner approval and additional fees. Please contact us with questions or concerns. Dishes must be in dishwasher, soiled sheets put by laundry and trash taken to dumpster before checking out. Holidays are a 3 night minimum. We operate on Central Standard Time. We cannot control the Ohio River. It rises out of the banks occasionally and the dock may be under water and/or unusable.
