The accommodation is in an old Victorian School House, built in 1847. Originally, boys and girls entered through different doors and sat at separate desks. although probably huddling closely together around the fire in the cold winters. Today the building is divided between a spacious, comfortable home and a pottery. Many historic features are still visible. You're very welcome to visit the pottery and have a pottery experience. The space The accommodation is arranged over two floors and offers plenty of space for families and groups of up to seven guests. Downstairs you'll find a spacious kitchen and dining room, a cosy living room with two large sofas and comfortable armchairs, a bedroom, and a shower room. The shower room is reached from the kitchen via two steps, with one further step into the shower. Upstairs there are three additional bedrooms and a family bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a deep freestanding bath—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the local area. Guest access During your stay, you'll have exclusive use of the Old School House, including all four bedrooms, the kitchen, dining room, living room, both bathrooms, and the small private courtyard. The courtyard is a sheltered, gated space with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing outdoors. It has been screened from the car park with planters and fencing to provide privacy. The accommodation is arranged over two floors: Downstairs you'll find the spacious kitchen and dining room, a comfortable living room, one bedroom and a shower room. The shower room is accessed from the kitchen via two steps, with one additional step into the shower. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom with a walk-in shower and a deep freestanding bath. The only area that isn't included is the utility room, which we occasionally use as a small kitchen for the pottery next door. It is kept locked during your stay. If you need to use the washing machine, just let us know and we'll be happy to arrange access. Other things to note Pottery sessions are available by arrangement
