The main bedroom is en-suite, with a 2nd family bathroom. Your kitchen offers magnificent views, gas hob and electric oven as well as seating for 6 at the large granite island. The space Ocean’s 9 villa has been carefully designed to offer our guests the ultimate in seaside holiday living. All sea facing rooms lead out onto a large patio and pool area, alfresco dining area and a private area leading off the main bedroom with seating and space to soak up the sun or enjoy the endless views. We have a pool safety net for those guests who are travelling with small children or toddlers, please just let us know prior to arrival that it will be required. Borehole water in use: therefore no water restrictions apply ;) and if the city runs out of water this will not effect your stay. Perched above the Indian Ocean, this home offers views from almost every corner. Our bay is home to an abundance of dolphin year round as well as migrating whales which can be seen usually from May to November. The double volume ceilings and windows in the kitchen and lounge flood the living spaces with gentle light. The lounge is furnished with comfortable leather sofas, a large smart TV with Netflix, Showmax and DSTV now. There is an inside braai / bbq for cooking which doubles up as a fireplace in the winter. The kitchen contains all the mod cons: Gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is provided for serious and non serious cooks ;) There are 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, and is en-suite with a bath and shower. It has sliding doors on two sides offering magnificent panoramic views. The 2nd bedroom is also sea and pool facing, with a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. It is north facing and overlooks the outside patio with fire pit. The fire pit has a specially made grid so that it can be used for braais / BBQs. On arrival at the house you will drive up our driveway into one of two single garages. There is additional parking on the driveway for 2-3 vehicles. From the garage there are steps up to the house internally or via our outside staircase which runs the length of our patio, should you wish to take the scenic route and enjoy the sea view. Guest access Ocean’s 9 is offered for your exclusive use. Other things to note Oceans’9 is accessed via one of 2 staircases so guests with mobility issues will unfortunately find this difficult to manoeuvre, however once inside the house is on one level with one step here or there.
