Miner’s is positioned near SLC’s downtown and just down the road from University of Utah in Sugarhouse, UT. Hwy access is <2 minutes from the door and you can get going anywhere around SLC in a jiff. The 100+ year old trees lining Miner’s neighborhood make it quiet and unique to the area. “Minutes to” common destinations 👇 SLC Int’l Airport 12 min Downtown 9 min U of Utah 10 min Westminster 5 min PC, UT 33 min Big C Canyon 14 min Little CC 22 min Silicon Slopes 25 min Open layout from kitchen to dining to living room. Can’t beat the front porch patio in the spring and summer. Plenty of driveway parking. Comfy beds and lots of pillows. Newly renovated everything and tile to remember. Smart TV’s everywhere. Good coffee options. Clean, no clutter. When guest’s aren’t here, I am and I love my home, neighborhood, and access to SLC from Miner’s front door. Hope you do too! Whole home and private driveway parking. If you need garage parking, lmk and we can accommodate for a small adder. 4 bedrooms; 3 queens and 1 king bed. 2 full bath’s. Sleep 8 max. Also have a blow up mattress if needed, please lmk in advance. Smart locks for easy, flexible check-in. Note- driveway parking behind our bungalow. On arrival, follow the concrete path through our back yard gate to the back and front doors. Both doors will have your smart codes programmed. Open communication. I’m a 90’s baby and notice my phone when Airbnb messages ping. I’ll be here to help and serve as your host the best I can. I mean it! Best to have airbnb app notifications turned on during your stay for convenient messages. ABC’s and Trees neighborhood in Highland Park was developed over 100 years ago. Sugarhouse is an area coveted by locals. The roads are akin to tunnels with the large, old trees covering and make for great strolls and bike rides. The fall/autumn season is the best here and the cottonwood canyons. The home’s surrounding are mostly craft, bungalow, and Victorian, along with some Tudor. Parking - Our driveway is a shared easement. Do not block the white garage to the looker’s left of our shared driveway! Please pull all the way forward (room for 3 cars easily) and park behind Miner’s Bungalow. Street parking is OK but best to park behind our home. Getting Around - Interstate 80 has an entrance and exit nearby our neighborhood. You can buzz anywhere around the Salt Lake valley and beyond from there. Here’s some guidelines to follow- Pretty standard expectation for guests here but don’t flush anything other than toilet paper (please no tampons, “flushable wipes”, etc). The stove top is gas so just make sure the dials are in the OFF position when not in use. Parking behind our bungalow and on the road is cool. Driveway entrance is shared and the white garage north of our home isn’t ours- guests cannot block access. Neighbor will chew me up! These seem to be the only few things past guests errors have lead me to need noting.. maybe I’ll add to this list later lol but hopefully not 😜
