Longfellow 2-Story
Longfellow 2-Story
Description
Wonderful open concept 2-story in the heart of Longfellow. This is my personal home and is available while I’m traveling. It's close to Light-rail, a Nice Ride station, downtown, restaurants, grocery, and the airport. You’ll love my place because it's bright, has an open floor plan and makes wonderful use of outdoor space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. The 400 sq ft main floor 3-season screen porch is where I spend most of my time. The space The main floor is completely open with the living, dining and kitchen spaces visible together. The only separate room on this floor is a large full bathroom. The kitchen is open to the basement as well, but that is only used for storage. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: Bdrm 1 has a king size bed, 400 sq ft. upper deck sun patio and en suite bathroom with laundry. Bdrm 2 has a comfortable queen couch pull-out and standing office desk. Guest access All spaces above-ground are available for your use. You can access the very basement-like basement for basement-things like the electrical fuse box, deep freezer and toilet plungers, but it’s gross so wear your shoes. Other things to note Something that's important to note is that my house is best enjoyed by a single person or a couple, because there are no locks on either of the bathroom doors. The en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom is completely open to the bedroom with no door at all. There are transom cutouts in both bedroom walls which is less private. See photos. If you're fine with all of this I do have space for four guests it's just important that I outline it here. Another note is that the main bedroom is flooded with light when the sun comes up in the morning. The space is very bright, which I absolutely adore but if you’re not accustomed to being awakened by the sun you’ll want a sleep mask. Registration Details LIC-405911
