Spacious four season home located only 2 miles from Jay Peak Mountain. Each season location has something to offer. In the summer enjoy the backyard river, hiking Jay peak or nearby trails. There is large lawn for games and lounge chairs to relax in. At night light up the fire-pit and relax. The fall brings spectacular foliage surrounding mountain and nearby hikes with incredible views. Enjoy the winters months skiing/riding or water parking at Jay Peak resort. Stowe Smuggs and Burke 1 hr. away Open concept living space with 3 bedrooms, and 3 full Baths (each bedroom has it's own bathroom). Large kitchen with a gas range, and bar seating. 6+ person dining table, large sectional couch to fit all guests. Bedroom one features twin over full bunkbeds, connected to a bathroom with shower. Bedroom two features a queen bed closet and water views. It's connected to a full bathroom. Bedroom three is the master suite located on the second floor. This bedroom features a king bed and a sleeper couch in the adjacent living area. The bathoom includes a large shower along with a single person jetted tub. There is a small deck off the bedroom overlooking the Jay River. This is a very large private rental only 2 miles from the mountain. Note: Other side of house is a yearly rental. Garage entry to access other doors. House has an Attached apartment with yearly tenant. Usually at least 4 hrs away. Two miles to Jay Village Inn/ Jay Country store. Jay River in backyard Driveway is a little steep but 2wd cars with snow tires handle it well
