Use of the estate’s private tennis court. The space Light-filled, spacious and full of character, the barn is a peaceful private retreat in the heart of the Surrey Hills. The open-plan living space has a beautiful vaulted oak-beamed ceiling and large glazed doors looking across green fields, where deer and ponies can often be seen grazing. Outside, a secluded private patio provides a lovely setting for long lunches, evening drinks or simply relaxing and enjoying the surrounding countryside. In winter, the wood-burning stove and underfloor heating make the barn wonderfully warm and inviting. The barn has three generous double bedrooms, including a large triple-aspect principal bedroom. The third bedroom also has a desk and office chair, providing a quiet space for anyone who needs to work during their stay. Arrival is simple and private, with contactless check-in via a lockbox. Guest access The setting The barn is entirely self-contained and yours to enjoy throughout your stay. Set within a private 42-acre country estate in the Surrey Hills, it offers a wonderful sense of space, peace and seclusion. The farmhouse is nearby but faces away from the barn, so your accommodation and outdoor areas feel reassuringly private. Use of Tenis court (appropriate footwear required but rackets and balls provided) Step outside to your own secluded patio and garden, surrounded by fields and countryside, with access to our beautiful walled garden. It’s a lovely setting for morning coffee, leisurely outdoor lunches or simply sitting quietly and watching the wildlife. Beyond the estate, some of the Surrey Hills’ best countryside is on the doorstep, with beautiful walks and excellent country pubs and outdoor dining nearby. Private parking for two cars is conveniently located beside the barn.
