Summerplace by the sea with private deck and sauna

Unique summerhouse with private garden, dock and sauna, close to public beach and the idyllic summertown Trosa. The houses are traditional summerplace houses with fire-places and with a large private garden with barbecue and seaview. The garden also has apple-trees, raspberries and a lot of flowers. Three separate houses with toilet in each house, and shower and bath-tub in the large house. the private dock and sauna by the water has an outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen with evening sun. The space Svartviks farm on Edanö in Trosa The accommodation on the farm consists of three residential buildings/cottages plus a barn with bedrooms and bathrooms/toilet. In the larger house, the main house, there are two rustic bedrooms in the loft with double beds and a single bed. And a single bed between the bedrooms. Bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as fully equipped kitchen and two living rooms with wood-burning stoves. In the second house, the guest house, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and fireplace in one and a bunk bed in the other. As well as a newly-renovated fully-equipped kitchen, and toilet. The smaller house - Tuthuset is newly renovated as a small hotel suite. Consists of a large double bed, fireplace and toilet. The bedroom in the barn consists of a double bed with access to its own toilet and shower. Simpler standard. The location is amazing and very protected from prying eyes and neighbors. Highly situated overlooking the bay. With large outdoor social areas for dinners, games and socializing. Dining areas both in the courtyard between the houses, on the mountain overlooking the bay and on the jetty. Private jetty with boathouse and sauna. On the jetty there is also an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and outdoor shower. The place is idyllic and made for big families. In the barn where one of the guest rooms is located, we also have our "party room" that can be rented for an additional cost. In this party room there is a Bar, stage for live bands, kitchen with refrigerators/freezers, as well as porcelain, glass, lanterns & vases etc. Everything for a larger group. In the barn, in addition to the guest room & party room, there is another toilet & bathroom as well as our laundry room.
