Renting out 1 room in the home. This house is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes east of downtown Atlanta and 20 minutes from Atlanta Airport. The space is clean, quiet and homey. Please ask us any questions before or during your stay and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, there is plenty of space, and you can feel free to explore the guest accessible parts in the house. We spend much of our time in our bedroom and office. The space The 1 guest room available is on the second floor of our home. Also on the second floor is the master bedroom, where the home owners spend much of their time. Guest access Off street parking is available to those who wish to drive around. In addition to the room(s) booked for your stay, guests will have access to wifi, the in-house washer & dryer, kitchen, family room, piano room, basement bar and theater room. The family room includes a smart TV with login access to Netflix, Hulu, Youtube and other apps. A full fridge with freezer is located in the basement for guests who would like to store food. Other things to note Atlanta is beautiful and worth exploring. There are many things to see such as the 200 foot tall Ferris wheel (gorgeous at night), CNN center, Botanical Gardens and much more.
