Currently, paintings by Graz artist Susanne Katter are displayed in the apartment. The space On the lower floor is a bright eat-in kitchen and the bathroom (incl. toilet). On the upper floor is a spacious bedroom. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself during your stay. Other things to note The flat is on the third floor. You have to go upstairs by foot once. Then you have a key for the elevator. Please note that there is no free parking directly at the property. Directly around the apartment is a blue zone, where parking is paid Monday to Friday from 9-20 clock and Saturday from 13 clock for max 3 hours. There is a streetcar stop directly in front of the apartment. You could leave the car in one of the Park and Ride facilities on the outskirts of the city and then take the streetcar into the city.
