Description
Gwynfa is a well-presented three-bedroom cosy Welsh cottage, enjoying superb tranquil views across the Conwy Valley. Situated in the village of Trefriw within Snowdonia National Park, Gwynfa is ideally located for exploring. With a wide range of activities close by, including beautiful lakes, this will suite adrenaline junkies and those wanting a peaceful retreat. Trefriw offers 2 pubs, 2 restaurants, a butchers and grocery store, post office, Fairy Falls, and the Trefriw Trails. Dog Friendly. The space This beautiful stone cottage is double fronted and has both a dining room and living room. The dining room has a woodburning stove, dining table and comfortable rocking chair. The living room has an open fire, 2 sofas, a 40" smart TV with Sky Q Box, and a view across the valley. Downstairs there is also a spacious kitchen with a washing machine, and a ground floor cloakroom with WC. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 3 double bedrooms. The bathroom and 2 front bedrooms have glorious views. The bathroom has a bath, electric shower over the bath, basin and WC. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has twin beds. The twin bedroom also has a 32" smart TV with integrated DVD player. The house has WiFi with good strength signal throughout. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property with the exception of 2 locked cupboards. Other things to note There is ample on street parking and you are normally able to park directly in front the property. On street parking is free. Please be advised that this property is situated directly on a roadside. Although relatively quiet, please be mindful of this, especially with children and pets. This property has no garden. It does have a very small back back yard which is enclosed and secure. The backyard can either be accessed from the back door of the property or via a side entrance. The property looks over the Conwy Valley. There are no houses opposite the house and so the view is beautiful. There is easy access to fields and open space opposite the property which really makes up for the lack of garden. There is a wonderful forest behind the house too with fantastic walking opportunities. There is usually a minimum 2 night stay with the exception of the following: School holidays (not the summer holidays) - a minimum 3 night stay Summer holidays - a minimum 7 nights stay with Saturday as the change over day
