This modern industrial home in downtown Nevada City was completely renovated in 2022 with the highest quality furnishings and appliances. Perfectly located just steps from town's best restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment, while also conveniently a short 20min drive to popular Yuba River swimming holes. This spacious home boasts 5 gorgeous bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms, large kitchen with 12 person dining table, and an outdoor hot tub and cold plunge. The space The master (king bed) has a heated bathroom floor along with a bidet. Outside on the deck you overlook Robinson plaza. The 4 remaining bedrooms have queen beds and mini fridges. Two of these rooms are within ear range of the waterfall, a great way to fall asleep in the summer months with the window open. The spa deck is rad beyond belief! Guest access You will be granted access to the entire house accept the “museum”. And the garage That is the first 2 rooms on the left and right when you walk through the front door. There are no stairs to negotiate unless you choose to sit by the waterfall while enjoying your morning coffee. Other things to note This is a safe, small town.
