Catherine and Marc welcome you to their charming apartment. They offer you a 30m2 junior suite with a bedroom, a TV lounge, a bathroom and private toilets. The accommodation is located on a very quiet square in an area with many shops and restaurants. You will be 15 minutes walk from Part-Dieu train station, the tramway (Eurexpo), 30 minutes walk from the city center and 10 minutes walk from the metro. A Velo’v station is at the bottom of the building. The space The apartment is through, located on the 7th and last floor with elevator. It benefits from two terraces. It is very bright and surrounded by trees and plants. The 160 bed is very comfortable. Italian shower and separate toilet. The sofa in the TV lounge is not convertible.
