Secure underground carpark, WIFI, Netflix included. The space Located on the 2nd level, this modern, stylish and beautifully furnished unit evokes relaxation with stunning hinterland views. Salt Resort offers 2 outdoor pools, including year round heated spas attached to the two pools, gym, full tennis court and glorious gardens to walk through, or sit back and relax in. The Unit is located in Wing 8 which is a quieter location of the Resort, facing the gardens. All Resort facilities are for your use and enjoyment during your stay. BEDDING: This unit features 1x bedroom (King Bed) with frosted glass sliding doors which enter to the lounge area. We can also supply if required: * Porta Cot and linen * High Chair (Additional fee of $50 for the portacot/ and or high chair for the duration of your stay) Please advise us with advance notice if you require any of the above. KITCHEN: There is a full kitchen (except an oven) but we do have a convection oven/microwave oven, electric cooktop (2x hotplates) and slow cooker, air fryer and electric frypan. The kitchen is fully stocked with crockery, cutlery, glasses and wine glasses, pots etc. We also provide a coffee machine (Nespresso), kettle, toaster and toasted sandwich maker along with tea, coffee, sugar, milk and salt/pepper oil etc. There is a dishwasher, also a good sized fridge and freezer. BATHROOM: The unit also has a generously sized bathroom, with separate shower, separate toilet, and a relaxing spa bath. LAUNDRY: A washing machine and dryer is in the unit, and laundry liquid is supplied. BALCONY: Glass sliding doors face out to a good sized private balcony with table and chairs and a sunbed for enjoying the afternoon sun. CARPARKING: You shall also have access to a free secure carpark in the resort underground carpark (opposite the day spa- parking wing 7&8). SALT VILLAGE: The Resort and Salt Village offer many eating and dining choices from casual cafes, bakeries to 4 star dining experiences. The patrolled surf beach is a short 5 minute walk from the unit and cafes, restaurants and shops are also a short stroll from the Unit. Whether you are seeking a relaxing stay or a stay full of adventure, the Resort offers it all. Fabulous bike riding tracks, pool or ocean swimming, great dining options or just lounging by the pool; the Resort has something for everyone! Guest access You will self check in and details will be provided the week of your stay. If you would prefer me to meet you and show you around the resort, please contact me! You will receive 2x keycards on lanyards. With these you will have full and private access to the unit and all amenities of the Resort. You will also have access to a free and secure underground car park. There is private access to Units 8222 and 8221 via an entry vestibule. All doors are lockable and there is firewall separating Unit 8222 and 8221, so there is very little noise transference. Other things to note Please ensure all doors to the entry vestibule/foyer are closed if you are using the toaster or cooking. The smoke alarm in the vestibule is very sensitive and even a small amount of smoke shall set off the Fire Alarm. The Fire Brigade are called automatically and charge a fee of $1,760.00. You are able to enjoy all the amenities of the Resort. However please note that if you have any questions, we ask that you direct your questions to us and not the Resort Staff. You are booking directly with the Owner's Agent and NOT through Peppers Resort and therefore room service, room charges or Reception services are NOT AVAILABLE for this Unit booking. You are able to have breakfast at Season restaurant in the resort or enjoy food or beverages at the Cove Bar by the lagoon pool. You can just pay as you go, as you cannot charge to the unit.
