Hi! We are Grace & Chibi! Welcome to our apartment! This amazing 2nd floor apartment has all the conveniences desired: comfy beds, dedicated workspace area, and a place to relax after a long day! We are located on a quiet street in the coveted Highland Park neighborhood. Drive 5 mins to the Pittsburgh Zoo & Aquarium! We are also a 13 min drive to the universities and 18 mins to downtown! We'd be happy to host you! The space This apartment is on the second floor of our home, which is a 3 story triplex. Inside we have 1 Queen Bed! Our kitchen is full with dishware, utensils, and different cooking supplies. Smart TV with Roku, closet space, and plenty of living room seating offers all the basic perks & amenities for a couple. With comfy furnishings & personal touches, this is a great place to lay your head after a day of city life! Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit. All units on the property are separate. The only shared space on the property is the stairs/walkway within the building. Other things to note The basement is an unfinished space. There is no unit, only laundry is located there. * IMPORTANT NOTE * If you’d like to extend your stay, it needs to be done the evening prior to checkout. If our cleaners arrive and you haven't checked out yet, there will be a late checkout fee.
