Winter activities include hiking, X-country skiing, snow shoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling. Short drive to Ellsworth, Bar Harbor & Acadia Nat. Park & Bangor. Come enjoy Maine's splendid nature The space You can buy firewood at the local market up the road or there's a home that sells firewood walking distance down the street and you pay by the honor system by putting a few bucks in a bucket. :) Guest access There is lake access at the end of the driveway and across the road. There you will find a small beach with 2 kayaks available along with life jackets (stored in brown deck box). If you wish to swim and kayak please have previous experience to avoid any risks.
