Quiet place in the countryside nearby #arras The space Maison Arras ideally located 5 min away highway A1 (Arras 10 min, Lille 35 min, Belgium 50 min, North beaches (le touquet berck à 1h15..) Paris is 1h30 and 50 min by train Many historical sites to visit in Arras and surroundings!!! Boves, English cemetery, quarry, Christmas market etc etc ... Golf d 'Arras 15km. This is our home, everything is available like at home... (ps: Personal belongings on site) You will stay at 8. (Information if additional people desired) The living room is comfortable with a sofa and a beautiful 190cm TV ( netflix, amazon prime, iptv...), nothing is missing in the large kitchen, entrance hall with closet and wc. If the weather permits, it is in the garden that you will enjoy your stay the most with this beautiful heated pool and spa, outdoor bar with barbecue…. The accomodation Living room, living room: large table for 8 people, 2 comfortable sofas, large TV screen (netflix, amazon iptv...), pellet stove for a cozy atmosphere in winter. Modern kitchen: fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, automatic coffee maker, cookeo, airfyer bread machine, sodastream, robot...) On the ground floor: a small 1-person bedroom with shower and sink, A dressing room (the owners' belongings stay there but you can store your luggage there. Upstairs: a mezzanine with a desk and storage (ideal for remote work) A child's room, 80x200 bed with drawer bed (can be available on request). convicted for our personal affairs A large bedroom with a 180x king size bed 200 with chest of drawers A bedroom with a double bed 140x200 with dressing room TV Bathroom with vanity, walk-in shower, balneo corner bath and wc, Bluetooth speaker. Outside: Large tiled and furnished terraces (garden furniture, table, chairs, Weber BBQ, gas, smoking room, pizza oven), bar area and summer kitchen with bar stool, fire pit…. At your disposal: basketball court, ping pong table, soccer goal, archery, badminton, paddle racket... Small vegetable garden with vegetables and herbs that you can use at your convenience. Beautiful heated pool 7mx3m (from April to September depending on weather conditions), depth 1.5m , usable during the day and evening and especially with respect for the neighborhood ( no parties are tolerated). A SPA lounge area with a beautifully appointed hot tub for relaxing A pool house dedicated to a summer room for 2 people if you wish, double bed. The atmosphere is very nice and atypical. Guest access You enjoy the entire house and exteriors, with the exception of the garage and a doomed room (owners' personal belongings). Other things to note The use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi can only be done during the day or evening but in a quiet area. We insist on respect for the neighborhood please.
