Quiet place in the countryside near #arras The space House in Arras ideally located 5 min from the A1 highway (Arras 10 min, Lille 35 min, Belgium 50 min, northern beaches (Le Touquet-Paris-Plage 1h15...) Paris is 1h30 and 50 min by train Many historical sites to visit in Arras and surroundings!!! Boves, English cemetery, quarry, Christmas market etc. etc. Golf d'Arras 15 km. This is our home, everything is available as at home... (ps: Personal belongings on site) You will stay there with 8 people. (Information if additional people desired) The living room is comfortable with sofa and a beautiful 190 cm TV (netflix, amazon prime, iptv...), nothing is missing in the large kitchen, entrance hall with closet and toilet. If the weather permits, it is in the garden that you will enjoy your stay the most with this magnificent heated pool and its spa, outdoor bar with barbecue... The space Living room: large table for 8 people, 2 comfortable sofas, large TV screen (Netflix, Amazon IPTV...), pellet stove for a cozy atmosphere in winter. Modern kitchen: fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, automatic coffee machine, cookeo, airfyer bread machine, sodastream, robot...) On the ground floor: a small 1-person bedroom with shower and sink, A dressing room (the owners' belongings remain there but you can store your luggage there. Upstairs: a mezzanine with a desk and storage (ideal for teleworking) A children's room, 80 x 200 cm bed with pull-out bed (may be available on request). locked for our personal belongings A large bedroom with a king size bed 180 x 200 with dresser A bedroom with a double bed 140 x 200 with TV dressing room Bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, corner spa bath and toilet, Bluetooth speaker. Outside: Large tiled and furnished terraces (garden furniture, table, chairs, Weber barbecue, gas, smoker, pizza oven), bar area and summer kitchen with bar stool, brazier... Available: basketball court, ping pong table, soccer goal, archery, badminton, padel racket... Small vegetable garden with vegetables and aromatic herbs that you can use at your convenience. Beautiful 7 m x 3 m heated swimming pool (from April to September depending on weather conditions), depth 1.5 m, usable during the day and evening and especially respecting the neighborhood (no party is tolerated). A SPA relaxation area with beautifully furnished jacuzzi to relax A pool house dedicated to a summer room for 2 people if you wish, double bed. The atmosphere is very nice and atypical. Guest access You can enjoy the entire house and the outdoors, with the exception of the garage and a locked room (owners' personal belongings).
