Our home is casually decorated but has everything you need. Located in the Plantation in Central Florida you have access to 3 pools, tennis, 2 onsite golf courses, fishing, etc. etc. We are only 30 minutes from Orlando theme parks and we are also close to the Villages, Tavares, Mount Dora and Clermont. If the ocean is your desire, it is only one hour in either direction to hit the beaches. We use our home from January 1st thru April 15th every year so please do not try to book those dates. The space The Plantation is a gated 55+ community and we are looking to rent to individuals or groups that fall into this category, however, we will welcome bookings for other adult renters as well. All renters must be over the age of 18 years. Guest access Golf courses, pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, fishing, pickle ball, entertainment, darts, cards, etc. Other things to note Our property has three huge trees providing lots of shade and keeping the home nice and cool. The yard is fenced giving you plenty of privacy. If you haven't already done so, upon arrival, please complete/sign the paperwork you'll find on the dining room table. It includes a Rental Application, Federal Fair Housing Act Survey, Personal Vehicle Bar Code Registration Form and Standard Lease Agreement. There is a $150 application fee charged by the Plantation HOA that we will pay with booking confirmation.
