Fold out ironing board and iron to assist you in getting ready for a night out on the town. Second full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Third bedroom, which can accommodate up to four people with comfortable queen-sized bed and bunk beds. An inflatable mattress and folding cots (2) are in the family room closet to provide comfortable sleeping arrangements for guests 9 & 10. Portable evaporative cooling units and fans are available for added comfort. Guest access Walk-Out Basement to Garage Entrance: Provides direct, sheltered access to the garage and upper/lower living areas. Garage has a lockbox for secure entry, which can be convenient for guests. Security Cameras: There are security cameras installed above the garage and garage entrance, facing the driveway. This provides enhanced security for guests. Another security camera is placed above the back deck steps, facing the golf course. Stray golf balls, frequently found in the yard, provide incentive for younger guests to get outside and experience nature as they seek out these hidden treasures.
