Brand new Villa Luka offers guests 250 m2 of living space, and even 20,000 m2 of entire property. It is surrounded by untouched nature where you will enjoy peace, quiet and the singing of birds, while drinking your morning coffee on the outdoor terrace. The Villa offers accomodation for 8 guests on two levels. The first level consist large living room with android tv (with Netflix), dining area with table and fully equipped kitchen with oven,fridge,kettle,toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. From this dining area you can access the covered terrace where you can enjoy al fresco dining. So that you don't miss anything and feel like home, we made sure that the accomodation is supplied by laundry room equipped with washing machine, washing dry and iron. You can relax in room with sauna and jacuzzi by beautifull view and walk in shower. On the first floor you will find 4 bedrooms. Each bedroom have double bed (180x200), with its own en suite bathroom with shower, TV (with Netflix) and air condition. The whole villa is air conditioned and has free internet access. The most spectaculary part is outside area with private swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and large playground for all day relaxation. Fun facilities that will delight you include a goals for soccer court, table tennis , 3 bicycles for free(plus baby chair for bicycle) so you can search the beautiful area around. You can play basketball while children are playing on the a trampoline. A stay at the Villa Luka offers you a combination of pleasure in Dalmatian culture, peace, relaxation. It is ideal for families with children, couples as well as groups of young people, because at the same time guests have all the required facilities and access to activities within easy reach.
