All the Air Conditioners Need to be turn Off when windows are open, or when leave the rooms or leave the apartment. Keep your Host inform of any problem in the Apt AT Soon as discovered. There is a security officer in The condo, that will assist you in need, and will also keep me informed. If you do not follow, or comply with condo or Apt rules, You will be fined, Host and/or owner, will be notified by Security and could go inside the apt without your authorization during your stay, to inspect, if there is a concern of the well being of the guests, if there is lost of communication, Property inspection or believe you are not following Airbnb, Condo, or Apt rules! To then take the necessary actions. Guests will be Responsible to pay any fines, penalties. *Only Registered guests in this reservation are allowed in the Apt or Condo Public Areas. You are responsible for replace/Pay, for lost, broken or damage property for example; 3 AC controls, 3 TVs controls , 2 Máster Condo keys(one access the pool, and one the lobby area), or any of the appliances or Property. Failure to check out before 11AM, will result on $100 per hour. You are responsible to pay for any service job, property equally replacement! IMPORTANT to Know: The apartment does not offer a power generator in case of a power outage. We do provide flashlights and small battery fan.
