INSIDE: Modern 3 bedroom bungalow cottage with large open concept kitchen with breakfast bar, spacious living room with dining area which leads out to the back deck, yard. Living room boasts a beautiful wood fireplace, Smart TV. Kitchen has everything you need to create your favorite dishes; cookware, utensils, small appliances and a fabulous new BBQ on back deck. OUTSIDE: Unwind in the backyard in style, enjoy the new deck and read your favorite book or take a nap on the 'lovers bench', grill up some steaks and when the sun sets gather around the firepit for s'mores. Lake access is steps away on Tuyll street. The lakebed can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Generally you will find sand 3ft out. It's fun to go stone collecting - Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels. All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) Any house rules violation is grounds for immediate termination of your stay without refund.
