Common area consists of an 'eat in kitchen' and a large family room on the main level. The master bedroom and family room offer a gas fireplace. Property offers wifi, a large smart tv in the family room, a Roku tv in the master bedroom, and laundry facilities in the walkout basement. Exterior amenities are unmatched! The rear covered porch and extensive open patio area offer spectacular views of the Susquehanna river and the city of Lock Haven, but, more importantly, they overlook the historic Lock No. 34 of the West Branch Canal. This lock has been beautifully restored offering a truly unique water feature. Property borders the public boat launch, and offers a boat dock when in season. Guest access Guests have full access to the property including the boat dock when in season. The lock and the pond are ornamental ONLY. There is absolutely NO swimming, wading or fishing permitted in the lock or pond. Swimming, wading and fishing are encouraged at the boat dock located on the properties riverbank. Other things to note This is a waterfront property. Inherent with any waterfront property there are safety risks. Exercise due diligence, common sense, and ALWAYS supervise children, pets, and non-swimmers.
