Stayton Home Away from Home

Great Stayton location where you are just minutes away from the hospital, groceries, downtown, and restaurants. This spacious home has everything you need to enjoy your time away, including a private back yard where you can roast hotdogs and marshmallows on the fire pit. Wi-FI, washer dryer, ample driveway and street parking available. Silver Falls State Park is just a 15 minute drive, and McDowell Creek Falls or Detroit Lake are less than 45 minutes away. Perfect for two couples or a family. Guest access You can use everything that is not locked at the house. The back yard is completely yours, though our adult son goes through it to access his studio apartment. The cushions to the swing are located in a storage box in the yard. In the summer, someone may be there to water the yard in the heat or pick berries. We always notify you before we water or pick fruit. Other things to note This is a primary residence that is rented out when the occupants travel or stay in the motorhome next to the house. As such, there are personal belongings in the master bedroom and a few other places in the house. If you only want to use one room and bathroom, please ask and we can lock the master bedroom and bathroom as the spare room is not used except by guests. Our adult son lives in the studio behind the house, so you will see him coming and going.
