Fully equipped with all the comforts that you would need including a top of the line fully stocked kitchen, espresso machine & bean grinder, local organic coffee beans, milk frother for that perfect cappuccino, Vitamix, soda stream, washer/dryer, dual drawer dishwasher, wolf stove, outdoor grill and fire pit, outdoor dining table, gunite pool, record player, indoor wood burning fireplace, deep soak tub in master bath & two glass showers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, lotion, central heat/AC, TV, wifi, YouTube TV, Netflix, Showtime, HBO and Hulu. In addition, most cooking necessities are provided including pots, pans, olive oil, salt pepper, other spices, vinegar etc...The home also features an optional crib, high chair & stair gates for small children guests + lots of books and toys for ages 1-5. 1st floor has 9 foot ceilings and open floor plan with top of the line kitchen, dining and living space as well as a half bath and mudroom with entrances from front of house, back deck, garage and easy flow into main living area. True indoor/outdoor living with the outdoor deck off of the living area equipped with BBQ and outdoor dining table. That space flows down to the in ground gunite pool (closed for winter currently) and fire pit area 2nd floor is where the bedrooms are located and has 10 foot ceilings (**Please note we have installed motorized rolling shades in the three bedrooms after the photos were taken) Master bedroom has king sized bed with Casper mattress, large format windows and a luxurious oversized bathroom with a deep soak tub and separate shower. TV located in this room. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with Casper mattress and views of the surrounding greenery from both windows 3rd bedroom has an optional pack n play (2 sizes available - newborn and regular sized) and queen sized pullout sofa/futon bed equipped with an Avocado mattress topper making the bed just as if not more comfortable than a normal mattress. As well as a dedicated workstation. 2 full baths upstairs with glass shower (master with deep soak tub) and fully equipped with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, and hand lotion. Unfinished basement with washer/dryer. We also have the Peloton and workout area set up down there. Can get cold in the winter - we provide two space heaters but may not be ideal conditions for everyone and you need to bring your own Peloton shoes. We have two children who are 2 and 4 1/2 so there are books, toys and outdoor play things for kids in that age ranges + a high chair, changing table and two pack n plays (one Nuna infant one and one regular sized). 18+ acres + pond of property to explore (we are also adjacent to a dead end where 150 acres are being converted to land trust for public use). Please note this is the country so there is wildlife around the area including bear, bobcat, fox, deer, insects, ticks, etc... Guest access Entire home and property Other things to note We welcome you to walk down to our pond if you head out the back mudroom door walk straight past the pool and through the opening in the stone wall you will see the pond in front of you.
