With the tram, which is 100 metres away, you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes. The house also includes two bicycles. Heating is provided by an air-source heat pump and our own solar power. Long-term rentals of up to three months are available upon request. The space Behind the front door, a small entrance area with a wardrobe invites you in. The kitchen is fully furnished, with dishwasher and dishes. There is a dining table with four seats. The bathroom is very spacious, equipped with a sink, shower, toilet, bathtub and washing machine. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. There is a small bedroom with a single bed. In the large living room, a box spring double bed invites you, and there is a sofa bed. Good Internet reception is ensured throughout the house. TV with satellite reception. A baker is 100 m away, in the street there is also a pastry shop. Guest access The house can be reached via a large courtyard gate. Visitors cross the courtyard, which belongs to the main house. A terrace with sun belongs to the independent guest house. Other things to note Please do not bring dogs, as there is a cat on the property. The house is intended for non-smokers, smoking is possible in front of the door. In Mainz, in the case of a rare east wind, there may be nuisance from aircraft noise. Otherwise, it's quiet here. The house is not suitable for small, already mobile children. The stairs in the house are not secured with stair gates either upstairs or downstairs, and the children's room is upstairs and the toilet is downstairs. This makes it stressful for you and for us when small children are endangered by the stairs when unattended.
