This accessible unit is equipped with an open concept modern with all kitchen appliances and utensils, clothes washer and dryer upstairs, gas barbecue grill, TV/satellite receiver/remote, and 4 queen and 2 single beds. The unit is heated/cooled by a forced air system. With an open layout on the ground floor, ample parking with a wheelchair ramp, and comfortable accommodations- this unit is handicap ready. We have installed an electric power generator to protect you in case of a power outage. The generator does a self-test once each week. If you hear it going on for about ten minutes, it is normal. We provide linens, towels, pillow cases, bed covers, trash bags and paper supplies. Enjoy your coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening, with the spectacular sunset and screened in porch. There's an outside U-Shaped seating area to hang out on, or grab your beach towel. Head to the beach where your gravity chair awaits you, and enjoy the most private beachfront on the Lake. Have a great evening on the beach, chairs provided, and don't forget to bring your marshmallows for Smores, and enjoy our 4 foot fire pit at night. The home has 1GB Fiber internet, Smart 65" 4K HDTV, Streaming TV Services, HBO, Starz, Showtime, Amazon Prime, and more, with smart features throughout the home and bedrooms. Guest access There is plenty of free parking around each rental unit. Each confirmed rental is permitted one boat slip for your rental, bring the cooler and sunscreen for a beautiful day on the lake! There’s even a Tesla Supercharger available for those of you who need it. Guests have access to free high-speed Wi-Fi all over the property. Just tap the Wi-Fi wall mounted block to auto join the network. Our property boasts the most private beach front property of any Spofford Lake rentals, with access to floaties and kayaks during the fun summer months! There is a fire pit on our large private beach, with nearby picnic tables, and gravity chairs provided for the beach. If you would like to have a bonfire during the summer months, a simple call to the local Fire Department is required. Other things to note Each rental unit is welcome to bring any pets they have inquired about prior to arrival. Initial pet fee of $150 applies. Any additional pets will be charged a cleaning and maintenance fee of an additional $150. Dogs must be registered, have access to a leash or harness at all times, and be cleaned up after on all spaces. Please promptly remove all bodily function messes left by your animals outside. Extra guests incur $50/day fee and must be announced in advance Overnight extra guests incur additional $150/ night fee Right off 91, Exit 3, ten minutes from either Keene NH or Brattleboro VT, plenty of places to eat, with Walmart, Target, multiple supermarkets, movie theaters, even many farmers' markets available if you want those farm fresh eggs!
