At the entrance level you'll find the extra wide front door landing as well as the garage, with access to the elevator. On this level you'll also find a cozy movie room, with a brand new projector equipped to make any movie or TV show a theater-quality experience. Just up the stairs you'll find the main floor, where 2 spacious guest bedrooms with large closets, queen beds and full en suite baths await your arrival. On this floor, you'll also find the living room; a beautiful dining room with an extra large table; a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high end appliances; a small office or work space; an ADA accessible powder room; a laundry room; deck and yard access; and a separate spa room (that can be locked off for safety) where the indoor hot tub and spa shower can be found. On the third floor you will find a beautiful, hand made iron Juliet balcony over looking the living and dining rooms. Just down the hall is the spacious master bedroom and bath, which are also ADA accessible. A large, yet cozy master suite, here you will also find a private deck and an office space. Just across the hall, past the elevator door, is a lovely guest bedroom with a double bed. Attached to this bedroom is a bright and cheery jack and jill bathroom, with a separate room for the bath and toilet, attached to the final bedroom, a colorful and fun kids room which offers bunk beds and a day bed with a trundle that can easily accommodate 4. All rooms offer stunning mountain views, with the rooms to the back of the house facing directly into the National Park/ski area. Wildlife including beautiful birds, deer and foxes, can be seen enjoying their protected habitat, almost every day. Guest access You will have access to the entire house, as described above. Other things to note Ski to the base area from the back deck. It's a straight shot to ski to the base area from the house. To ski home, take Painter Boy lift to Homeowners Run. Take Homeowners Run to Columbine Hill and turn right 3/4 of the way down the run, before you get to the base area.
