Beautiful 2 BR/2BA Condo with Gorgeous View of the Gulf. “Seaz the Day”, our cozy beach retreat at Maravilla Resort, offers a 2.5-acre Private beach situated along the beautiful Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico. When you walk through our door, you will immediately exhale and begin to relax. Once inside, you will find our condo is updated, well-stocked, extremely clean, and offers the comfortable accommodations that you were anticipating, along with the excellent guest experience you expect! The space Maravilla #3404, is a Gorgeous 2 BR/2BA Condo that comfortably sleeps six (6). The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom presents a comfortable queen bed and there is a new queen sleeper sofa with a new mattress in the living room. One of the first things you will notice is the 27’ balcony that runs the entire width of the unit with access from the living area and master bedroom. From the balcony, you will enjoy a dazzling view of the Gulf of Mexico and listen to the soothing crash of the waves on the shore. This will become your favorite “room” where you can enjoy your morning coffee and paper or a good book, take a midday rest on the chaise lounge, or enjoy an evening beverage while taking in a romantic sunset and share a meal with your family and friends. You are just a few, short steps to Maravilla’s private beach nestled on 2.5 acres of pristine, sugar-white sand and the breathtaking blue-green water of the Gulf. * ATTENTION: Maravilla is going through an exterior renovation on the entire property August 19-May 10. It will be especially noisy around our building in January. Balcony will be closed December 10-January 7 but you will still have a view. Work hours for construction are Monday-Friday 8-5.
