The space The Pooch Package: A pooch package is awaiting the well-behaved and house-trained dogs. A plush dog bed, doggie bags, water bowl, food bowl, blanket and dog treats will be provided during your stay. I would like to ask you to tidy up after your dog, as there will be an extra charge if a pet's mess is left in the garden or if excess pet hair is left. Living Space: The open living space with air conditioning features a dining, kitchen and entertainment area. You can enjoy a six-seater indoor dining table with direct access to the kitchen and outside BBQ area. The entertainment space invites you to relax on a comfortable couch and seat in a setting of an indoor fireplace and HD TV. The Bedrooms: feature polished floorboards and comfortable beds. Main bedroom Queen-size bed with private ensuite, air conditioning and built-in wardrobe. Second bedroom King-size with ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe. The Kitchen has a fridge, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer (25l) and an electric cooktop. The air fryer and the BBQ are there to enjoy during your stay. Please make sure you leave it as you have found it – in a clean state. Please turn on the switch in the left corner to use the hot plates. The oven is out of order at the moment – my apologies for any inconvenience. Provided are cereals, an assortment of tea, coffee and milk. General: Books, puzzles and an additional fan are available. The laundry is located under the house. The whole house and garden are here to enjoy during your stay with their well-behaved and house-trained pets. Please note: A Granny flat is downstairs with a separate entrance accommodating a single person. Guest access The whole house and garden are there to enjoy. A fully self-contained granny flat is under the house with a separate entrance (one person only). Other things to note I require all our guests to have a completed Airbnb profile. This includes an Email address, Phone number, Verified Government ID and a clear photo. All dogs are allowed as long there are well-behaved and house-trained. No smoking. No parties. No extra guests are allowed. No illegal or commercial activities. Check-in anytime from 2 pm. Check-out before 10 am. Please leave the house and the garden how you found it; "clean and tidy". The rubbish is to be taken out and all crockery and cutlery are to be cleaned and put away. Enjoy your stay with your family and best friend!
