My partner Stéphane and I will be very happy to welcome you to our lovely Poitou house, which is fully renovated and fully equipped, with a garden, in a very quiet village. Accessible for people with reduced mobility, 4 bedrooms including 1 master suite on the ground floor. 10 minutes from all shops, Valley of the Apes, Botanical Garden, Futuroscope 40 minutes away, and a multitude of activities to discover in the surrounding area. Available from 4pm Check-out before 11:00 a.m. (please clean the house). The space Very large living room overlooking a large wooden deck, pergola. Fully equipped house with a Scandinavian stove. 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, including 2 king-size beds, 3 single beds in the children's bedroom, and a bz (sofa bed for one person in the mezzanine). Guest access you have the entire house and it is independent Other things to note the house is on a fully enclosed lot with parking for at least 2 vehicles. As a courtesy, please clean the house and undo your beds.
