Garden setting, newer construction, above garage apartment located in downtown Watkinsville. Take a morning walk down the sidewalk to local coffee shop and bakery, affordable or fancy dinner and lunch options available within two blocks. Our backyard is connected to a 6 acre wooded park. Oconee County is the "ArtLand of Georgia." We are centrally located for OCAF events, arts and crafts, and antiques, a bicycler's paradise. 10 minute drive to Athens/UGA, 40 minutes to Lake Oconee. The space The can accommodate 2 people in the main bedroom. There is an additional, under the eves, small room with a twin bed and an even tinier room with a 3/4 size bed (smaller than a twin bed). We have a pack and play available as well Guest access entire apartment, parking/bike storage, shared back yard. There are 19 stairs to the back door, there is a railing on the left side as you go up. Other things to note Oconee County has some of the best cycling around the southeast, arrive by bike or bring your bike for and use this location as launching place for 20, 30 or 100 mile rides - we have maps and experience.
