The Bali experience awaits you at this unique designed Villa where traditional indoor/outdoor modern design are customized into an idyllic oasis. All living common spaces in the Villa have ceiling fans and an airconditioner. Two available Bedrooms listed in the rate boasts air conditioning, private ensuite bathrooms and well-appointed furnishings that mix traditional with modern for an eclectic, stylized feel. The outdoor/roof top terraces are for daytime lounging, social and relaxation. The space This Villa is located in Ungasan/Uluwatu South Kuta. It is located in an elevated area free from flooding. The area is 35 minutes South of the Airport. Ungasan is a village district in Badung, South Kuta. The open living space area is on the ground floor where the living room, dining room, bar furniture and kitchen are in one open continuous concept floor plan. There are four Bedrooms, two bedrooms facing the pool on the ground floor and within reach to the open living space area. There is a Gazebo for relaxation by the pool. An outdoor shower is within reach of the pool to rinse before and after a swim. The second living room and large balcony are located on the second floor and also connected to the third and fourth bedrooms upstairs. The larger balcony upstairs has seatings for the guests to relax or catching up on some readings outdoor. The third floor is the roof top that is accessible for viewing sunrise, sunset, or enjoying the day time breeze underneath the gazebo. The gazebo is also perfect for relaxation, meditation or even for yoga. Guest access Adult guests will have access to the entire villa, and a private parking area suitable for scooters or motorcycles. Guests have access to 2 available bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (2 adults in each guest bedroom) that are available only as listed in the daily rate on here. The other two additional bedrooms upstairs in the villa are not listed for rentals and are locked and off limit to the airbnb guests. PLEASE read closely in the “GUEST SAFETY” , be aware that there are stairs, steps and a swimming pool that could pose a safety hazard for guests with infant children under 6 years old. Parental guidance are required at all times. Please note that the Villa does not provide a crib (for an infant baby). Other things to note We have extended a new solid permanent structured wall to maximize your privacy from the neighbor. As of December 2024, there is a contruction of a new villa next door to this Villa. Therefore we have lowered the daily rate and a 10% discount for a weekly rate. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience that is beyond our control. The Villa policy is a short-term 3 nights minimum rental, or 14 days maximum rental. Inquiry/Request with infant children may be subject for an approval first from the host. You should have a complete Airbnb profile, good standing reviews and properly vetted (verification of government approved Identification) by airbnb. In order to protect both parties, guests may be required to show proof of identification at check-in like you would normally do at hotels. Your booking rate includes a cleaning fee upon check out from villa. However complete cleaning supplies, bed sheets, towels are all available for guests use at the villa. Please turn off AC or ceiling fans when not in use or when stepping out of villa. Please save electricity. Much appreciated. Reservation payments with an accepted credit card through Airbnb Payment Platform. Absolutely NO Cash Payment Request. If your travel arrangement includes a LATE ARRIVAL CHECK IN after 9PM, it is recommended to notify the Host at the time of booking to facilitate a late Check- in. Normal Check- in hour is from 2pm until 9pm. Normal Check-out hour is until 12 (Noon). Pool maintenance on each Monday and Thursday. Garbage pick up is twice a week, pick up schedule varies. They will ring the door bell to notify airbnb guests. Guests can also order out food with Grab/Gofood delivery local application. Delivery to the Villa is most common with our guests. The villa is conveniently situated on a main access road to accept delivery food or application share ride pick up. Distance to airport is a 35 minutes drive during non rush hour period.
