It is conveniently located on the Causse de Sauveterre, in an isolated hamlet of two houses, close to the A75 and at the gates of Aubrac and the Tarn Gorges. The space The cottage is a real little paradise where calm and tranquility reign. The stones and wood create a warm and authentic atmosphere, conducive to rest and relaxation. You will find all the comforts you need for a successful vacation. Essentials (cleaning products, paper, etc.) are provided as well as bed and bath linens to start your stay as soon as you arrive! The farmhouse is located in a preserved natural environment, where you can enjoy beautiful hikes in the countryside, on foot or by bike. You can also discover the riches of the region, such as the picturesque villages of Lozère as well as Aveyron, the magnificent landscapes of Aubrac or the magnificent gorges of Tarn. MAIN HOUSE, approximately 100 m2 ¤ Garden Level: - library with multiple games and books for all ages; - old sheepfold converted into a laundry room with sink, washing machine, dryer, freezer, refrigerator and central island. A shower and toilet are also available, ideal for summer. ¤ Ground floor: - equipped kitchen with 5-burner LACANCHE range, old-style sink and faucet, hand basin, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils... - living/dining room: china cabinet, table with 4 stools, wood stove, TV, sofa, armchair, coffee table; - one bedroom with 1 pull-out bed in 90 and bedside table. ¤ 1st level: - master suite in vaulted room: 1 140 bed and bedside tables, valets, chest of drawers, desk with chair; - adjoining bathroom and dressing room with wooden bathtub, sink, toilet... OUTBUILDINGS - bread oven (not usable because it takes too long to heat); - old barn converted into a lounge with bar foosball table, TV and DVD player, CD player, sofa and coffee table (freshness guaranteed!) - Electric vehicle charging station.
