If you're looking to get away from the everyday and reconnect with nature, this haven is for you. It is ideally located on the Causse de Sauveterre, in a secluded hamlet of two houses, close to the A75 and at the gates of Aubrac and the Gorges du Tarn. The space The cottage is a real little paradise where calm and tranquility reign. The stones and wood give a warm and authentic atmosphere, conducive to rest and relaxation. You will find all the comforts you need for a successful vacation. Essentials (cleaning products, paper...) are provided as well as bed linen and towels in order to start your stay as soon as you arrive! The farmhouse is located in a preserved natural environment, where you can enjoy beautiful hikes in the countryside, on foot or by bike. You can also discover the riches of the region, such as the picturesque villages of Lozère and Aveyron, the magnificent landscapes of Aubrac or the magnificent gorges of Tarn. MAIN HOUSE of about 100m2 ¤ Garden level: - library with multiple games and books for all ages; - old barn converted into a laundry room with sink, washing machine, dryer, freezer, refrigerator and central island. A shower and toilet are also available, ideal for summer. ¤ Ground floor: - equipped kitchen with LACANCHE 5-burner stove, old-fashioned sink and faucet, hand-washing sink, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, cooking utensils... - living / dining room: tableware, table with 4 stools, wood stove, TV, sofa, armchair, coffee table - one bedroom with 1 90 cm pull-out bed and bedside table. ¤ 1st level: - Master suite in vaulted room: 1 bed in 140 and bedside tables, valets, dresser, desk with chair; - adjoining bathroom and dressing room with wooden bathtub, sink, toilet... Dependencies - Bread oven (not usable because too much heating time); - old barn converted into a relaxation room with foosball table, TV and DVD player, CD player, sofa and coffee table (coolness guaranteed!) - Electric vehicle charging station. Outdoor Adjoining yard and garden with garden furniture, garden furniture and BBQ. Sunbeds and sunbathing available. - Wood heating if needed. - Unusable bread oven - Please leave the property clean and tidy. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation. Other things to note - No pets allowed - Non-smoking rental - Access to the house by stony path, watch out for very low cars! - Maintenance kit provided (papers, dishwashing liquid, etc.) as well as bed and bath linen so you can fully enjoy your stay! - Water and electricity are included in your stay. However, we appeal to your common sense not to abuse it! - Electricity costs for charging your electric car are extra (individual meter). - You are in an old home whose wall thickness does not allow internet or network access inside! - The 4G network is fully operational outside and a few small tips will be given to you to stay connected in the house!
