The space Spacious retro Florida Bungalow 1 block off from Sarasota Bay. 2-Large bedrooms, 2-Comfy beds and 2-full bathrooms with a well appointed full kitchen. Large fenced in backyard, outdoor screened in patio, fire pit and some beach gear available. This is a real Florida home with solid terrazzo floors & block walls. The house is always carefully cleaned and sanitized. Florida Retro with great AC and WiFi. Late checkouts are not permissible, we almost always have same day turn over. For each hour you remain on the property after 11:15 you will be charged a $25 late fee. Please remember to take all your belongings with you. Cancelations We recommend in the event of guests need to cancel, that before they do, they move their dates. We maintain a strict no cancelation policy. But because unforseen things can and do happen, we strongly recommend guests purchase travel insurance either through Airbnbs partner Generali, or a third party of your choice. It can be a very affordable option to prevent hardships for both parties. Please make sure you purchase the cancel for any reason option. Items left behind Please remember to take all your personal belongings including electronics with you upon checkout. We are not responsible for any items left behind under any circumstances and while we will use best efforts to get them back to you, we offer no promises or guarantees.
