Free wifi off street parking and a paddock for horses. Fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and everything you need to make a simple meal. Not a full kitchen. The space Rural property yet 10mins to Cambridge and Hamilton. Lovely grounds surrounded by paddocks and a bush backdrop. Spacious pool and bbq area with outdoor changing room. Peaceful environment close to key sporting and tourist attractions. 1 hour to Tauranga and Rotorua, 30mins to Hobbiton. Lake Karapiro (20km), The Avantidrome (9km) and Mystery Creek (11km). They are very friendly and will mostly be inside but you may come across them in the back garden.
