The apartment has central air-conditioning, central heating, and a multispeed ceiling fan in the bedroom. The shared bath is stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and other personal hygiene products. Guest access Guests have a shared entrance at the front garden level of the brownstone. In the back, there is direct access to the patio with a gas grill and outdoor dining area in the leafy green backyard. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room areas are shared and guest have full access. There is no access to the basement. Washer/dryer access is by request. During your stay We will share all living space with respect to your privacy, and are available via the Airbnb messaging app while away at work during the day. Other things to note There is a $50 fee for early check-in. Early check-in requests will be considered on a case by case basis.
