Conveniently located near the North and South entrances of Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument, the Northern entrance to Baxter State Park. We are about 25 minutes from the Seboeis River Trail, and just 30 minutes from the Penobscot River Trails. The space The Loft is a newly renovated second-story studio apartment that is a part of a two-unit home. The entire property is an old farmhouse built in 1910, and the owners are slowly remodeling the whole residence. You have your own private entrance via one flight of stairs. The Loft includes a single bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a pull-out couch, and a full bathroom. Amenities include coffee (Keurig + K-cups), a microwave, dishes, cutlery, and a refrigerator. The unit has Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and air conditioning/heating. Please note, the Loft is a studio, meaning it is one large open space. The entire unit is private, though there is no door separating the sleeping area from the kitchen. This also helps the heat pump cool down or warm up the entire space. Guest access You will have full access to your private studio apartment. Other things to note The Loft is conveniently located right on the ATV and snowmobile trail, providing easy access to your outdoor adventures! The off-street parking offers space for both your vehicle and a small trailer. For your laundry needs, there is a laundromat in town.
