Relax in a spacious cape cod style home with beautiful lake views. Must be over 30 to rent (no exceptions). The space 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home facing the lake. House is spacious with a lot of character and equipped with the essentials. Guest access Entire home is open for your enjoyment which includes 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 family rooms, a beautiful well lit sun room and fully equipped kitchen. You will not have access to the garage, shed or greenhouse. Weather permitting you can sit out on the deck next to the lake but you will not be allowed to bring a boat or use the boat/water equipment on the property. There is ample parking for 3 vehicles in the drive way. Please only park in the driveway and not along side the road or your vehicle(s) will be towed. Home will is not available to rent from April through the end of October. Other things to note Master bathroom jet bathtub is large and does take some time to fill up completely. If you plan to use the jets, please make sure that the water is covering all jets before turning the motor on. Upstairs bathroom has a toliet, shower and sink. The hot water heater is located downstairs so it does take a few minutes to warm up.
