Quirky artist studio with a beautiful view

**Please read details about the space** My space is located 2 blocks from Comerica Park, Ford feild, and the new Little Caesars arena. One block east of the new Qline that can take you from downtown to new center. Enjoy the beautiful view of the city skyline outside every window. Its a very short walk to downtown, shopping, restaurants, transportation, and events. Prime location! NOW WITH WIFI!! Elevator access not guaranteed Keys will be left in a lockbox for your convenience The space I do want to say that this space isn't going to be for everyone. The building is historical and is not a 5-star hotel. But it's in a prime location for concerts, sports games, venues, restaurants, downtown fun. This is a 1br apartment located in Brush Park blocks away from all 3 sports arenas. This building is one of the last original standing structures in the neighborhood and has not undergone any major updates, its a little blast from Detroits past. The unit itself has been well maintained thru out the last 10 years by yours truly and has the best view of the downtown sky line (you'll see why I stayed for so long when you see the view) The unit is on the 7th floor in the building with a great veiw of downtown.. Theres room to sleep 5 but this is not a huge space. There is wifi, 2 tvs, a few movies provided, as well as a few games. The digital antenna will get you about 30 local channels. The building is older and is heated with radiators, so you wont be able to change the temp in the unit. Ment to feel more like staying at a friend's house. Hopefully, you can still find it comfy and suitable for your short stay in Detroit. Now with new window AC unit. Coffee and snacks always provided. 420 friendly. Absolutely NO cigarette smoking inside. No unapproved guests allowed The elevator is working unless there's a sign on it stating otherwise. Guest access Washer and dryer in the basement. Other things to note If you have concerns about the elevator not working, please message me before booking for details. We maintenance our elevator 4 times a year for safety, it's old and a little tricky at times. There's a dirt lot behind the building that's free that usually has tons of spots. There's also I small parking lot right behind the building next door thats currently free as well. Don't hesitate to message me for help with parking. $60 charge for lost keys. $40 pet fee
