About Our House: 1020 South Shore Drive, Surf City Lifesaver Beach House is an oceanfront completely remodeled house - rare in Surf City. Our goal for this house is to be always clean with modern features & luxurious amenities - a serene home to connect with your loved ones! Pull up to wide driveway to accommodate multiple vehicles and front area to enjoy. The house is 2 separate levels. In the upstairs, you have 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a kitchen/living room open concept with unreal views overlooking the porch to the ocean. With a wall full of windows and doors, the natural light and ocean views will immediately leave you in awe. Kitchen is built for a cook with brand new appliances, Ninja Blender, Kitchen Aid Mixer, Cuisinart Coffee Pot, and more. Enjoy everything to host as well! Sit at the dining room table and overlook the ocean. The living room is complete with an extra large 70” TV, Fireplace, and loads of seating. Master has King Bed, TV, and private brand new bathroom. Guest Room #1 has a Queen Bed and Guest Room #2 has a King Bed with 2 Twin Trundles - perfect for the kids or simply a couple. Downstairs is a separate apartment with its own private entrance at ground level. Walk in to a full living room with 50” TV and full kitchen (that means 2 ovens and 2 fridges in the house for large groups!). The living room has a super comfy Sofa Bed. A Queen Bedroom is also in the downstairs apartment with a full bathroom (that has an incredible shower). The downstairs is great for someone that requires a little extra privacy or needs an escape. The downstairs is also fully equipped with 2 desks, a monitor, and desk chairs in the downstairs living room and downstairs bedroom. Great WiFi throughout both levels (3 Google Extenders to reach everywhere powerfully) - perfect from working remote from the beach! The porch needs its own section because it is TOO good. With Polywood Adirondacks and Polywood High Top Chairs drinking your coffee watching the sunrise has never been better. Watch the dolphins in the surf or the kids on the beach easily while taking in the view of the pier - this is a porch you will never want to leave. Walk down the steps and you are at the beach!! Outdoor shower head and hose on porch as well. About Our Location: On the oceanfront, you can’t get any closer to the beach. Less than a mile from the Pier and all the downtown shopping and restaurants, the location is PRIME. On the prestigious S-Curve, we have low car traffic and the best access to all the greatness of Surf City. Walk to donuts and coffee in the morning or some afternoon ice cream and shopping - this is a great place on the Island! Less than 3 miles to Publix, Walmart, CVS and less than 1 mile to the local grocery store - we hope this is a place you come and don’t have to leave. About Our Amenities: We created this house not as a rental, but a place our family would want to be, so expect quality and excellence in everything about this house - furniture from Pottery Barn, Ballard, and West Elm. Mattresses are Nectar Plus, Casper, and Serta Perfect Sleeper. All toiletries are top of the line Beekman Products - Paraben and Cruelty Free. The garage feature a washer and dryer. We have all your needs for a great beach day with Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs, toys, games, and beach towels. We also have a ping pong table, corn hole, and a grill in the garage! About Our Cleaning: Included in the VRBO Total is linen and cleaning fees for the ease of your vacation. We have chosen top of the line cleaning crews to ensure our house is spotless. About our Rentals: We think Friday to Friday is the way to vacation on the island. Skip the crazy Saturday traffic & wild grocery store lines and settle in Friday afternoon. Please see cancellation policy below. As an oceanfront home, we STRONGLY recommend travel insurance as Hurricane Season runs June-November. We are so passionate about Travel Insurance that if you send us proof of purchase at the end of a 7-day stay, we will refund you $100. This is protection for both of us that we hope we don’t have to use. We are firm on our no pet policy as a guarantee to our family’s sensitivities and guarantee to guests of a pet/allergen free home! * We have a security camera facing the Driveway that we use when the house is empty for security. * There is an easement on the right 10 feet of the property that the property was purchased with for use of a single family. There will be an occasion car(s) in the mulch and using their steps, but will not step on other side of property.
