Fireplace with window view of West Mountain & Tamarak. Upgraded kitchen, well-equipped and with an over-sized island. Dining table that can seat 6 comfortably. Pantry has extra essentials, books & games. Master bedroom: king size bed, a TV with ROKU and sweeping views of Jug Mountain. Walk in closet has extra bedding and ample space to fit a portable crib, if needed. Second bedroom: queen size bed The back patio: Table & chairs, bbq grill and an amazing hot tub. Yard: flat half acre with room for bocce ball and corn hole (provided). Fire pit with 4 chairs and lighting (summer months only). During the winter you can sled off the back porch! Perfect for small children. Other things to note Firewood for the pit is not provided, but can be purchased at the nearby gas station. Fire pit only accessible in summer months. We have a strict no pet and no smoking policy. If either of those rules are broken, you will be charged a fee.
