Snuggle up in this space located 3 minutes from Olaria's intimate fashion hub! Quiet street and family atmosphere. Independent, sunny and completely private (rustic) kitchenette. Perfect for shopping or enjoying the city! The space To provide our guests with a comfortable and cozy environment, our kitnete is composed of a full bathroom (shower with hot water, bath and face towels, toilet paper and soap), a full kitchen (with cooking and serving utensils, as well as mineral water, salt, sugar and coffee powder) and a bedroom/living room (with 2 armchairs, table and 2 chairs, 32" smart TV, dresser and clothes rack with hangers, as well as a double bed (Queen) with bed linen and blankets). It also has a service area with a washing machine (soap and softener not included) as well as a private balcony with a bistro table and chairs and a barbecue grill. GARAGE: Not covered. It is just a space next door, attached to the property, where we have motorcycle entry and exit through the kitnet parking lot. Guest access The entire kitnet is independent and private for guests to use. Other things to note The electrical network in Nova Friburgo has a voltage of 220v. We have a 110v to 220v transformer available to guests.
