This property is for budget travelers who are happy with the basics. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE HIGH MAINTENANCE. Everything is as described. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walkable location, just blocks from town. Very close to hiking trailheads. The space This is a one room studio with private bathroom. The studio has a bed, toaster oven, mini fridge, water kettle and keriug. NO stove. The bathroom has a standing shower, sink and toilet. Hot water in shower and sink. You have access to a large fenced yard. Guest access The studio is private and all yours. It is attached to the main house but completely separated by walls. There are two long term tenants in the main house that keep to themselves. Other things to note This is a perfect space for one or two people who want to enjoy the town of Crestone. It does not have a kitchen. Also the room is very bright with lots of natural light
