Villa Maj- green grape casita with shared pool

Welcome to Villa Maj boutique resort. This is our green grape casita, one of 5 casitas on the property. This casita sleeps 4 with a king size bed and queen size pull out couch. There is a shared common area with a pool, lounge chairs and a bbq. Located in the mountains just a 15 minute drive to Tamarindo beach and night life you will be surrounded by nature and all it has to offer. The space This beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom king sized villa is one of many rentals we have on our property. The Green Grape villa is fully equipped with a kitchenette and island as well as a large living space with a pull out couch (queen size) giving you the opportunity to sleep the 2 additional guests. Take a step outside to your private patio with dining table and outdoor seating where you can sit back, relax and watch the howler monkeys jump from tree to tree. Take a few more steps off your patio and you will be in our shared common area. Take a dip in the pool, cook dinner on the bbq or a nap in the hammock. There are tons of ways you can enjoy this little oasis. The Green Grape villa also has the option to open up in the middle to its sister villa, Red Grape. The two villas are identical in space and what they have to offer with a larger fridge and washing machine in the middle. This option is only available to guest with confirmation. Guest access The entire property is shared behind a gated wall that only guests and employees have access to. The casitas and villas are all private but the grounds are yours to explore.
