It may cost you to lose your deposit. ✔ Must be able to climb stairs. ✔ This is an upscale kid-friendly location. You would find neighbors/kids/dogs strolling, walking, or riding a bike on a sidewalk so please be mindful and courteous. ✔ Quiet hours are strictly enforced with patrolling in place. Any complaints may lead to instant eviction with no refund. ✔ No lifeguard at duty. Use the swimming pool and spa at your own risk. ✔ Max cars 3 at any time and must not be on the street. Only garage or driveway allowed ✔ Owner's closets and garage with wrapped items are NOT for guests. Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front, side and back yard, pool/spa area and at the doorbell. There are noise level monitoring devices per STR permit regulations. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out and monthly. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for Oder removal, Duct Cleaning, inconvenience to future guests, and furniture cleaning. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
